I am 14, female, moved from Vietnam to the USA last week. I dont know what to wear in High School. Should I use my glasses or buy contact lens? If you start back in August, wear shorts (name brand of course) flip flops and a named brand shirt (preferably the same name brand, and OF COURSE the same color). Flip flops, It really depends on your style though. I could tell you what to wear allll day, but you need to learn your own style.

Jeans can never go wrong. Just shop around the mall and see what the latest styles are. Be comfortable and be yourself.
Clothing wise, you can probably wear whatever you wore in Vietnam and be fine. Go to the mall, that is a good idea of what people are wearing.
Glasses vs. contacts, whichever you feel comfortable in. People don't know which you wear normally, and that is one of their last concerns. If you do contacts, show off your natural eye color. Let people notice you for you, not what you try making yourself to be.
If you want to dye your hair, go ahead, but as I said before, be yourself, not something else.
If you don't have blemishes to cover up, don't wear makeup.

wow. the first thing you need to know is jeans and a tee shirt are all you need. most guys like a girl that doesn't wear glasses but mix up the look. wear glasses sometimes and contacts other times. And just be yourself. nobody likes a fake.
Your glasses will be fine, although you may decide to go to contacts later. Since you're in Florida, I'd recommend wearing a skirt for the summer weather - make sure it's not too short, or they'll make you go home and change! A nice top (no belly showing, that's also against the rules in most schools) and a pair of flats or sandals, and you're set!

I won't ask why you are so hung up on your look, because you are only 14 (been there....many years ago). As for the glasses or contacts, wear whatever you are most comfortalbe in. Should it matter what color your eyes really are??? Mine are hazel, %26amp; my sister all my life has said, "you're so lucky..." I tell her, "you're right, I am lucky...I know what a sunrise looks like %26amp; I can see a bird fly." By changing your physical appearance, you're only getting to the surface of the problem. You're young, try to enjoy your youth %26amp; make friends by being yourself.
okay, heres the thing. wear a bit of makeup, meaning not looking like a clown. then definitely wear contact lenses (blue, hazel) and of coarse die your hair (to like brown, highlight blonde and maybe even a dash of pink or red), not 2 much tho. anyways, have flashy and hip clothes and join the cheerleading squad. and totally learn to fit in.
In Titusville you are in the heart of Central Florida surf culture. Find out if your school has a dress code, but honestly you can't go wrong with t-shirts and jeans. The area is not big on make up, the lifestyle is very casual and natural, being comfortable is the most important thing. Contacts are okay, because then you can wear sunglasses and still see everything, otherwise I'd get regular glasses with tinting. Don't dye your hair.
Of course, you need to go down to Cocoa Beach and get at least one t-shirt from Ron Jon's Surf Shop at 520 %26amp; A1A.
Contact lenses would be great, but glasses aren't bad either. If you get contacts stay with your normal eye color. You don't want your eyes to look fake. Also, if you wear glasses buy frames that are suitable for your face and give it shape. You can switch off in between. I think it's cute when girls wear both lenses and glasses.
Only color your hair if you want to. Go to school and see what the other girls are wearing and even ask for some advice. It's hard to tell without seeing you. But I think if you have really dark hair I think adding some red would really punk it out.
Wear make-up only if you want to. Not because you think you're supposed to. Girls that don't have wear make-up are naturally gorgeous which isn't fair! haha. But if you want to try shopping at Wal-Mart or Target. When you make some new friends have them help you. That's the best way to do it.

I have poor vision, too, and I LOVE contact lenses! They are comfortable and easy to deal with. You could still wear glasses, or switch between the two once in a while. If you get them, though, don't change colors... just get the normal ones.
Do not dye your hair. If you are Vietnamese, I am sure it is shiny, black and beautiful. Leave it the way it is. Everyone will be jealous of how natural and healthy it is, even if they say otherwise. Dyeing it and highlighting it just robs it of it's health.
For makeup, don't cake it on! Wear a little blush or something if it is something you are comfortable with and you want a little color, but you probably don't need too. Definitely don't do it if it's not who you are.
Find a friend to go shopping with and pick out together what you think is cute. I don't know what kinds of stores Florida has to offer but you could look at websites to get some ideas for what's trendy and priced low.

If you go to school this concerned about what you are wearing and how you look, you'll never be happy. Where whatever you are comfortable in, regardless of what the stupid people say. I didn't and still don't really wear make-up, mostly because I'm conceited and don't think I need it, but it helped that the guys on the (American style) football team said that girls looked better without that crap. You should go around school the first few weeks, after you've made friends who like you for who you are, not what style clothes you wear, then decide if you want to wear what the others are wearing or dye your hair, or wear contacts of different colors. Wait and See! Another thing, a lot of girls look really good in glasses. Very few people see them as nerdy these days. So, my real advice is for you to relax.

OK...so moving is a big deal, especially if your from a diffrernt country..... check out what other people are wearing at school, but you definatly dont want to be just another girl at high school....you should be the "new girl" that everyone wants to meet and know...so be a little different and dress like you know what your doing but yet your not just every other girl....shop at vintage stores...you find the cutest and most intresting things at those kinda stores.

I think it would freak her out a bit to see you looking so different, especially since you were friends with her before this whole thing started. I personally don't know how I would feel about dating a guy who suddenly reappeared looking handsome in part because of plastic surgery... I prefer natural beauty, and I don't think I'd be able to get it out of my mind that his eyes were "fake." She's probably already got it in her mind that you're kind of a weirdo, and for you to show up at her doorstep looking like a completely different person would likely scare her off even more... she might get the impression that you're trying too hard. Of course, I could be completely wrong about how she would react... I'm just saying how I personally would react in this kind of situation.
If you want to get her attention, I say you should do it in a more subtle way. You say you're modeling now, so what if you had a mutual friend show her some of your current photos (without mentioning that you had asked the friend to do this for you)? Or, what if you found a way to "accidentally" run into her somewhere? Instead of chasing after her, you should make her want to chase after you.

When wearing black you shouldn't over-makeup yourself.
Try some brown/tan eyeshadow with a little sparkle, some LIGHT blush, eyeliner, a little mascara, and clear lipgloss.

What always helps is to try and wear as much glitter as you can when wearing black for instance apply black eyeliner but for everything else gliiter,it brings your face out more apply glitter sparkles on your body and a colored glitter on your eyes. Also fake eyelashes help. And as for your lips a really light glossy lip gloss with help. I hope this helps you out.

give yourself some color, all black wouldnt look good, make your face stand out but dont put too much makeup on or else you'll look like a freak! try putting a metalic color on your eyes put it darker closer to you pupil and lighter as you go up. also put on some mascara but not too much, with yourskin tone if you have pimples you might wanna put on some foundation, and for your lips put on a clear gloss, they say when you wear lip gloss it shows guys that your confident !!
Definitely do a light to medium shiny brown color. If your eyes are brown, line them with a dark brown eyeshadow, it really makes the brown pop out. I really don't wear anything other then eyeshadow so I wouldn't know what to say about anything else. But for your lips, you could use a shiny clear, or even a lip gloss with a pearly tint. Well, Almay makes an eyeshadow trio to match your eyecolor. It also has mascara. These will make your eyes really pop! I would do a "smokey" eye, with a very lightly tinted lip gloss.
Since you're wearing black, you could just use a little sparkle (either glittery gloss on your lips and a little body shimmer) or you can use a light almost white shimmer (just a little on your eyes) and a clear neutral gloss! Whatever you decide, either play up your eyes or your lips, you don't want to go crazy with both, that could be too much! Good luck, I'm sure you'll look great!

Brush some highlighter up your cheekbones to make them stand out.I would use chocolate brown eyeshadow or your eyes or maybe a pearly pink if you want to make a statement.On your lips i would use a cute pink lipgloss or maybe a light beige/brown coloured lipstick.

I usually wear black eyeliner. Sometimes it brings out my eyes more, but sometimes it makes me look emo/gothic. I'm asian, so I'm not sure if it's my black hair or my skin color or just because I'm not putting it on right. I want to use brown, but sometimes I think it's too light. Help?
simple just use a lil bit
put it on the lower lash line and then if you think it looks too dark take a moist Q-Tip and rub some off until it looks good! thats what I do!
I would practice with the eyeliner and yourself with different styles of the liner take it off and try new ones. maybe even take pictures of the different looks and then pick the one you like best. :)

Believe me, if you use black, you will end up looking like an egyptian.
Use liquid eyeliner with a small tip, it will one give u a skinny line on your eye and wont be overpowering.
Try a lighter color eyeliner. I use Revlon colorstay- vixen or browns with black mascara. It makes a difference

My best m8 used to have the same problem but the way she got around it was to not put any eyeliner on the bottom and also to put a very precised controlled thin line along the top, don't smudge or have it too messy or fat because that is what will give you the emo look (unless of corse your doing smoky eyes). For brown eyeliner choose a dark brown, my m8 also made the mistake of using an orange brown... LOL. For brown I would advise putting it on the bottom as wel because its subtler. Hope that helps!
1. After you apply liner, take a hard pressed q-tip and smudge the lines a bit so its not a definite line and it will lighten the amount you have one. Never smudge away from the eyes, you will look like you just died.
2. Don't apply to the bottom completely, just put a bit on the outer half and blend towards the center and out as to not make a harsh line.
3. Try a charcoal color as apposed to a dark black. Charcoal is a smoky shade of black and tends to look better. If brown seems too light, pick a very dark, but not quite black, brown
4. Don't use liquid because its hard to control and is too harsh if you don't want to look goth.

I'm seeing more and more asians especially asian girls bleach their skin to make it nice and white, wear colored contacts, dye their hair blond, and now their making their eyes big. My friend is Korean and she is jealous of me because I have white skin, light brown wavy hair, and green big eyes. She keeps on trying to get with my brother just because he is white. I know this because she even told me this herself. Her parents actually want her to marry a white guy because they believe that they have money, and if not a white guy then for her to find a half asian half white guy, and if not that then a Korean guy. I find this to be self hatred and a bit racist on her and her family's part. My brother has a girlfriend and she's Mexican. My friend had the nerve to tell him to leave the ugly brown girl and get yourself a nice asian girl. She wants to get pregnant by a white guy because she wants her children to look white and not asian. Is she crazy or is this just asian culture?
I know a lot of asians wanting to look white. Most of them don't have them compare themselves to whites... they have bigger eyes.. lighter hair... colored eyes... taller. Asians don't realize that a lage percentage of white men will be attracted to white girls because they forget they're living in NORTH AMERICA. Not all Asians want to be white but most of the do because they don't like their features. Personally, I find East Asians to be very unattractive.

i want to be white and I'm Asian. It's because of many reasons actually.
one of which is because I am discriminated 99.99999999999% of the time. Thats actually a big reason.
Another possible reason is that Asians are Homoegenous, meaning that almost all Asians look the same, and wouldn't you feel boring if you looked the same as anyone else?
And also, big eyes are the fad in Asia now, so that might answer the big eye thing....

I don't know about Asians wanting to be white, but some Asians think it's much prettier to have lighter skin. %26amp; I don't know why she would want to marry a white guy specifically unless she were living in Korea because overseas they think if you're a white guy, you're pretty much rich. Oh, %26amp; since she is Korean, Koreans tend to have the smallest eyes compared to all the other Asian ethnicities (it often looks like they're closed--much more than Chinese people), so I suppose she wants mixed children so they don't have tiny eyes.
You can't say this goes for all Asians. I know in Japan, where I grew up, %26amp; in the Philippines, where my mom is from, they're really into hip hop %26amp; gettings tans so they're not so pale (because they don't want to look like a 'white' person..). %26amp; some other Asians are very traditional %26amp; would rather their children stick with their own ethnicity %26amp; I've even had friends who admitted they're hardly attracted to anyone that isn't Asian.

I have no clue, but I have noticed that also. Like why do Asian people with OBVIOUSLY black hair get blonde highlights and wear blue contacts! I don't understand it. Don't get me wrong, but sometimes I think they are nothing but a race of followers. I'm not racist, but I just get tired of seeing sights so ridiculous. I think immigrants to this country try to imitate the most similar race to theirs to fit in. I've noticed this with other races, but I won't comment, because I may really look like a racist then. I guess it get's really hard being the only one of your race at work, in the classroom, etc. It would for me. Luckily, I've been in mostly diverse environments.

I'm not sure all Asian people want to be white....but, I' sure many Japanese girl think white people are cool and beautiful. It is kind of admiration or they are enthusiastic about White people.
If you walk around the street in Japan, you can see a lot of girls whose appearance are like white people. It is common that to dye hair blown even for little children. I do not think they are crazy but they really like white people's appearance.
Japanese sometimes follow American fashion. In Japanese fashion magazines, American people's fashion and cosmetics are reported. Some people think they want to be a white. It may also influence Japanese girl's fashion.
Also, I think America plays an important role in the world, in terms of economics. In fact, Japan also depends on America. I guess it is one of the reason Japanese (or Asian) people think they want to be like American, or white people.
Why should Asian women be criticized for dying their hair and wearing colored contacts? Just because they are born with black hair and brown eyes, they have to maintain it all the time? What about White women who dye their hair or White women who wear colored contacts? I mean, why stop there? Why not just cease all production of colored contacts as they are a source for people to alleviate the shame of their identity?
People need to get a grip. Maybe Asian womendye their hair and wear colored contacts because they happen to like the way it looks on them? Plus, why only attack Asian women? What about White women who sometimes wear traditional Chinese dresses?
As for your Korean's friend's parents. Either they did not convey their message clearly or your friend simply misunderstood. They probably just think that she would have more opportunities in life if she were to marry into a White family, being as White people, although are technically the minority now in the US, still seem to dominate many fields of business, law, etc.
But, I bet if your friend becomes extremely successful in the future, her parents would have a different set of advice for her, in regards to the culture that she should marry into.

I am Asian, and just before I started middle school, I had really straight soft smooth hair. My hair is still straight for the most part of my head except for the very back where the hair has all of sudden projected out. My hair hals also become a little coarse. My grandma suggests that it is the shampoos, I use main n' tail. Both my parents have straight hair, and also, the outward-projected hair on the very back seemed to have appeared overnight. Can someone tell me why? Oh and by the way, when I was in sixth grade, my hair started to become coarse, but as I entered seventh grade, the outward-projected hairs started to appear. I have long hair, the longest being 4 inches and the shortest being 2 inches. It's basically a square cute grown long. But I really hope someone can tell me why.

well your shampoo isnt that great (i use mane n tail on my 4 horses). and when you use the same shampoo for a long time, it weighs down your hair. everytime your shampoo/conditioner runs out, get a different brand. you can go back to your kind before, but just make sure to switch them about every other time or so.

that happened to me too..it's normal. your hair is just changing because of your heredity. when it's straight, it might start curling. if its curly it might start straightening. somethimes not always, but that's what happened to me, don't worry, nothing wrong is goin on. if you want i would suggest to change shampoo n use conditioner also. conditioner makes a difference in your hair.

I use to work for an eye doctor and we always let people try on the different colors before they bought them. I agree with the lady that suggested the gray. I thought the gray ones really looked good on some people. See if you can try one on. I remember and Asian girl trying on the honey ones once and I didn't like it on her but she did so she got them anyway. . I think the chestnut brown looked better but with your skin tone I would try on some of the brighter colors to make your eyes really pop (and the gray for an exotic look).
i think that green, or blue looks good on asians, it also depends on what colors your eyes are!!!

I'm not Asian but I do wear color contacts and love them. The 'normal' blue anyone can have. I wear sapphire blue. They are very, very blue. The other color I'd recommend is olive green. This might look great with your skin tones. An artificial color - but still very attractive is violet. Its really pretty. Color contacts are the next best thing to real - when your born with 'brown' eyes - as we were. Have fun!

I personally hate colored contacts on people who obviously have brown eyes. I know a Mexican girl who has dark hair, dark skin, and these gorgeous dark brown eyes and wears blue contacts and they look so fake, it's not attractive at all.
You can tell when someone is wearing colored contacts -- the colors don't blend together and they look too saturated. To prevent this, stick somewhat close to brown. I would go for either a dark green or dark hazel if you're going to buy them at all. I know that's not really what you wanted to hear, but try it. See if you can try a pair on at your Optometrist's.
I don't think you should stray too far from your natural coloring -- that's what will always look the best.

you should really try the grey ones. and i don't mean freshlook colorblend, they look cheap and nasty. try to invest on a pair of "elegance", ask your opthamologist about it. it's supposed to be the one that's paris hilton and kim loan wear. they look very natural but could be very pricey, but think again, they're anual lenses, which mean they'll last for years without replacement - that's if you clean them daily and take good care of them.
i would say hazel, light brown, i would like to try dark red, but that would be scary, lol mmm what about dark blue.

I'd take one out of the right side. You must look like a girl at the moment. I have both of my ears pierced but the left is done three times and the right once at the top. Piercing is to do with placement and quantity. One in both sides is what your Grandmother has done. This isn't a good look to emulate.

I personally used to use Dove shampoo. I think it's great because it lathers very well and gives your hair a thorough cleaning. It also smells AMAZING and leaves your hair with a fresh scent. Most shampoos claim they do such and such to your hair, but it really doesn't matter what you use, shampoo doesn't drasticly change anyone's hair style.
Um, try it. It's not like if you use it once, you can never wash it again!! It's not a major decision. I use Dove and I love it, but I cannot use the conditioner every day because it does make my hair greasy, but if you only use it a couple times a week and just shampoo they other days...it'll be fine. It makes my hair very smooth and manageable.

Dove shampoo's good,it's not greasy unless your hair is,but depends on your hair condition and the type of hair you have.....i'm an asian also and i know the thickness of the hair and dove shampoo's good for you. Dove shampoo condenses into your hair and turns it soft,but although so,dove shampoo do not always takes away dandruff...and if you want to clean dandruff away...the shampoo head and shoulder's good for you.
And if you really want to have a great hair...try using conditioners.Try not use soap to wash your hair...it could sometimes make it worse and dry your hair and comb it and don't sleep with your hair wet...

My heart hurts. It really hurts. It hurts bad閳ヮ洈ot mentally my really inside my heart. It feels crushing. I have 2 days of summer school left, and I am really feeling finished. I traveled on the ******* MTA for 3 hrs閳?looking for some **** that never got found. I am soo stressed, Idk if my credit card payment made it on time. Im really scared about my credit.
My mouth tastes like creamy ***, and I almost got mauled by a crazy raccoon. I am trying to be strong, but sometimes it is really hard for me to keep going. Keep pushing and make something of myself, its times like these when I wanna drop out of school, get skinny, let my hair break off and just count on my mom to feed me. No bath, no teeth brushing閳?just ****. I feel like that.
I havent wrote a diary in a while but I need to clear out my chest, because my heart is breaking. I am in an eternal inner conflict with my mind and my heart on the subject of Jumel. In my heart I want to get rid of these preconceived notions of beauty and not be afraid, knowing that no matter what Jumel will be a good father, and with love and support my children will turn out to be great people. Then its my dreams that my children will be everything im not, smarter, prettier, lighter, with parent who have lots of money to give them everything they want. But even if all that shows up in my kids閳?what good will it do if they have no father? I know the pain of the absence of a father.. So how will they grow up if they don閳ユ獩 even know who their father is? In response to this thought, I think of all the men in the world.. What makes you think that you wont find the perfect man who will stand by your children and help raise them? Then I relax, until I think of my mother.
My mother thought she found the perfect man, and it turned out to be a lie. She wasted good years of her life on me, because she wanted me to have a father. I guess that閳ユ獨 why I feel like I cant waste a day, not a minute, not a year. I have to make sure everything is perfect. But nothing is perfect. I cannot make life perfect. And that scares the **** out of me閳?what if I do something wrong? What if I make a mis-step? What will I do? I have already cause my self to graduate high school 6 months later than class of 2007. But I credit my self with my turn around from pothead, pregnant, and class cutting. To a young woman with a 85% avg, in a stable non- abusive relationship, with a black and irish ( and did I mention gorgeous) boyfriend of 6 months. My problem is his background, his mother was a druggie and he has 6 brothers and sisters who were all given into foster care because his mother couldn閳ユ獩 take care of them. His father is in and out of jail, and will die soon because of lack of medical care for his emphysema. Do I want these ppl as grand parents? On top of his coarse and brittle hair.. Adding to the unmanageable- ness of my possible childrens hair. My family puts great value in our 閳ユ笀ood hair閳?however superficial, it still matters to me. Now it 11.43 pm and I should have been sleep 43 minutes ago but im up writing this. I cant sleep閳?im stressed. I have finals this week, and my math finals will make me pass or fail the critical math credit I need to graduate on schedule.
My man and I had a big fight, im so tired of his ****. But inside I think im expecting too much, I keep telling myself if I want someone who is intelligent and all this stuff I want.. I am not going to find it in the inner city. I tell myself I will find someone better in college. Then I get depressed because I cant see myself without my boyfriend. I want to spend my life with him (even though the hair閳? but every time I decide to overlook all his fault and past, he does something to show me that maybe in the long run he isn閳ユ獩 going to have what I need in a life long partner. Then goes my obsession with chris brown, I keep hoping to marry him so my children will have a rich daddy who is caring and smart and with pretty hair and caramel skin. Then I sigh.. Cause even though I hope and pulling the forces of attraction to help, inside im not sure if it will ever really happen.
After my fight with Jumel, I walked home and was stopped by a boy who asked me my name. he obviously wanted to get to know me and date me. He looked younger than his age. But he was tall, brown skin like me, with light brown eyes, really deep dimples, a beautiful smile, exotic eyes, and curly brown hair. He is black which made me happy閳?because I havent really thought of having interracial children (don閳ユ獩 get me started I could write a whole nother page.. If you wanna hear send me a message) I only dated white and Spanish b4, but I thought of asian/black kids sometime before.. After been walked halfway home, I reluctantly gave him my mom cell number hoping he wouldn閳ユ獩 call. It was nice to get male attention from someone new. Walked the remaining 2 blocks home, I fantasized about our children and what the sex would be like. Then I felt bad but determined to weigh my options.. At least on the way home. I decided to keep my options open. Now its 11.56 and im am officially tired.
Almost being mauled by a giant raccoon in central park which I really thought was the kitty who always comes to eat the chicken bones me and Jumel drops on the grass on our weekly buffalo chicken and fries binges. (we like to feed the kitty because we feel bad we cant bring him home). I turned around to a mother- F-ing raccoon right behind the bench we were sitting on.. And all I kept think was 閳ユ辅ow people must be feeding kitty, he sure is getting big閳?until my eyes focuses and I screamed out loud. With the recent attack of a child in the newspapers by a raccoon I was sooo scared. Well I feel better now. Just remember take it a day at a time. that閳ユ獨 what I do. I have you enjoy my day today.. You are doing an excellent job so far. You turned your life around and to tell you the truth (even though I don't know you) I am proud. That takes a lot of guts. I wouldn't worry about grandparents. They do not effect who you are, or who you children will be. Be strong. You can do it. you will look back at this in a few years as your "tough spot"
At least you, unlike most people, CARE about your children's future. I think that they are very fortunate to have you as a mom. Don't try to rush into marriage, or havin children. Finish your education, don't get married if you aren't 100% sure, and get help if you ever need it.

WOW! You are a really deep emotional High School kid. That was a great one and I hope you figure your life out. You have plenty of time. Don't rush a thing. Don't worry about what your kids will look like until you finish school and get a foundation for yourself. Make your life better before starting another life (having a baby). I am 31 and I find it difficult. Don't be confused. Make it simple. Between the sex and the guys keep it real and focus on you. If one of them sticks it out with you long enough then you will know what to do! Have a great life kid! Enjoy yours while you still got it!
I'm 12 years old... I'm 4'11 and around 95 pounds. I need to tone my body because it looks kinda chunky. I'm Asian with silky black hair thats around 2-3 inches past my shoulders in the back and on my shoulder in the front. It's not that straight. And also, I don't really exercise that much... my doctor says that I'm not fat but I look chubby in the morrior. Don't say that I have self-esteem issues and that I should be more confident. I have thickish legs and arms. My stomach doesn't really go out. And I always feel fat everywhere.
Start playing some sports, you will have fun and get fit at the same time. At twelve years old your body has not stopped growing yet either.
maybe its the types of food your eating that making you feel bloating because when I eat bread and pasta and heavy food I feeel like that...also you are 4'11...wait till you grow a little which you will all this will go away
youre only 12 years old, dont worry about it, as soon as you hit about 15 or 16 you will even out. Thats when most girls loose their fat and get curvy.
Heya. If you've got a tummy and want to get rid of it, I think its best if you do crunches and sit-ups everyday. Play some sports and exercise! :)
I was like that at 12 but I grew and naturally lost weight. I'm 16 now and about 5'6 and weigh 112 lbs. You sound like you're in a healthy weight range now but if you want to lose a few pounds now you can always exercise more but don't go crazy over it.
Start to drink more water. Not soda. Water. Also, eat more energy food like raisins. Go for a brisk twenty minute walk a few days a week too. Your so young that breaking a slight sweat will do wonders for you. Also, cutting back on your carbs always helps. If your eating a lot of carbs and not working out to burn them off your body will turn the excess carbs into sugar, which may make you feel chubby. It could just be baby fat.
