What defines race?

For example, If it's by skin tone, dark skin makes you black. I know Japanese people who are as dark any black person but it doesn't make them black.

If it's features:

"Asian" eyes, many Scandinavians have them and they aren't Asian

Lips, every race has every shape and color of lips.

Cheekbones, every race can have high, low, prominent, ect type of cheekbones

Face shape, every race can have any face shape

Height, every race can be tall or short

So how can they actually define it? I know a black girl who is albino. She has red hair and pale skin. Does that make her white since technically she has a "white" hair color and "white" skin tone? What determines if you're black, white, ect if you don't actually look like "your" race? If your parents are both white but you're dark skinned with high cheekbones and slanted eyes, does it make you black or oriental? I don't get it.

What defines race?

- Apparently its skull; Mongoloid; Neg(roid) and Caucasoid are the 3 skulls that also define the 3 races

What defines race?

I think the race is defined by the country you come from. What you are talking about is the diversity within races...

What defines race?

It really depend on where a person's background came from. Like if their parents decendent are from african and they are dark skin, then you know their black. It goes the same way towards every other race.

What defines race?

Mongoloid

Caucasoid

N**ro*d

%26amp;

Phenotypes

That's it. Nothing else.

What defines race?

Race is often classified by geographical location. For example, the Eskimos. They have eyes that look like that of East Asians(Chinese, Japanese, Korean). Yet, they are classified under a different race (Alaskan Native). Filipinos and Hawaiians are related by blood and language, yet the former is classified as Asian and the latter is classified as Pacific Islander. Geneology and heredity also play a factor. An albino black girl is still African American but may also be part Caucasian (White) due to her lightness of skin. Most often, people will classify one's race based on stereotypes. One stereotype is that Asian MUST have slanted eyes. That is NOT true. Indians, Pakistanis, and Malays are classified as Asian too. This may cause confusion due to Asia's wide variety of people. Overall, if you want to define a person's race you can NOT just judge them through features alone.

What defines race?

race means nothing. Race is nothing but a social construct that is use to divide people. The only trust race is the human race born from the African race, since that is were the original woman and man came from. Everyone else evolved from them
