The most important one - wether or not she is Asian. I am exclusively attracted by Asian girls, western girls don't have any effect on me.
Most of the time, when I see an Asian girl, the first thing I notice about her is her hairs. It is often at this moment that I realise the girl I am looking at is Asian and my hearth starts beating faster! I like pretty much any kind of hair style unless it looks like a guy's haircut.
I then take a look at her face because I really like Asian girls with a cute looking face and beautiful eyes. They usually look much younger than they are.
I then take a look at the rest. I like Asian girls with a slim body and nice, slim and long legs.
If the girl is wearing a fake designer handbag, I usually notice it right away. Most of the time, it means she is Chinese and since I can speak Mandarin I try to start a conversation when I don't feel extremelly shy.

depends on the direction she is facing.... either way...not too big, not too small... just right.... and an honest smile is a big plus... otherwise... as long as she is all girl... at least back when I was a bit younger.... but I still enjoy "watching the parade"
