I have to put make-up on for stage because I'm performing, but I've never really dealt with make-up before. How would I put on eyeliner, eye shadow etc? Oh, and how would you apply foundation and blush?
I'm Asian, which means typical black hair, brown eyes, and very light skin. So what color eyeshadow would suit me? I don't like really noticable colors.

ooh i wish i could help you, i've only put on makeup once and i hated it so i never really tried it again, but i dont no how to put it on. but i do know that for the eyeshadow, i think maybe a color that shows, but isn't noticeable. like gold - it still shows, yet it's not really noticeable.

hmm...eyeliner....basically, apply it over the top of your top eyelashes..make sure the line is straight from the beginning of your eye to the end...and going out if u want that look...eye shadow...just keep it subtle if you dont want noticeable colors..get a soft brown or pink...and just slide the little brush thingy over the palette and give it a glide over your eyelids...over the top of your eyeliner...wow..this is hard to explain..im doing my best though...umm...foundation..get a makeup sponge...put some foundation on it...and just rub it into your skin..all over your face..but evenly..make sure it doesnt make you look like a cake...then maybe get a powder..because without powder...you will look like you have a greasy face! after the foundation..either put on the powder if you will get it...all over your face evenly...then get the blush brush...glide it over the blush and then smile...wherever you see your cheekbones or the apples of your cheeks..basically the either round spot or sharp..depending on your face shape...put it along that line or in that apple spot. since its stage makeup...overdo it! its hard to see makeup on stage from the audience...so make sure ure blush and eyeshadow is hella noticeable. and just get some red or nude lipstick..depending on how you want the lips! make sure you do your eyeliner first...then the mascara...then the eyeshadow..then the foundation...the powder...then the blush and then the lipstick! good luck!

you should start with moisturizer, a light coat over your whole face and down your neck, then your foundation, the moisturizer will help the foundation glide on, you can use your fingers , brush or,a sponge you can get that at the supermarket. there is a brand out RCMA only found at make up supply companies that Carter to motion picture make up artist the perfect color for a light skin Asian would be Shinto 2, and i would say a no color powder to set the foundation i like more peach and orange blush for your skin type. for your eyeliner i would say bobby brown eyeliner with a very thin angel brush, for your eye type i would use the liner on your whole lid that retracts in the fold. also this eyeliner drys so after it will not run in to your eyeshadow, as for eye shadow i would us soft browns you can use shimmer or flat if your playing a younger girl use flat if your playing older use a little darker with shimmer. oh i do the liner last. then mascara and use a eyelash curler you ll get use to it.practice practice,practice good luck.
